Changing plan

Billing runs through Stripe. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Billing at any time; upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, and cancellation leaves you on the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

Downgrading does not delete anything

Content above the Free limits becomes read-only, not deleted. Upgrading again restores it exactly as it was.

What we do not promise

Free plan support is by email with no response-time commitment. Pro is prioritised. Enterprise response times are set in the contract.

The public status page at /p/signlos/status reports live component health; SignlOS does not publish a contractual uptime SLA on self-serve plans.

Common questions

How much does SignlOS cost?
$0 forever for the Free plan, which includes 1 feedback board, 50 posts, 3 team members, public roadmap. Pro is $29 per month, or $290 billed annually. Enterprise pricing is set per contract.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — $0 forever, with no credit card required. It includes one feedback board, 50 posts, three team members, and a public roadmap.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You return to Free plan limits — the boards, posts, and votes above those limits become read-only rather than being removed, and upgrading again restores full access to them.
